I am addicted

To HGTV. I don't know what it is, but I love seeing all the amazing "before and afters." I used to have some grand dreams of flipping houses to make my first million. I will wait until I have appropriate capital for this, because too many flippers get in trouble with loan problems.

But it is truly inspiring to see all the fantastic things those designers can do with their budgets. I like the true remodels, but mostly I like seeing the budget makeovers where they take 1K or 2K and transform the look of the room.

I am definately inspired, and at least now, I have my own canvas (aka new house) to design!
